10in10 Day 5 - Shoulders

In this video, we focus on shoulder exercises using a belt. Start by sitting on the floor with the belt knotted at the end. Stretch the belt overhead, engaging your back and lifting your chest. Twist gently from side to side to loosen up your shoulders. Lower the belt down and shake out your arms. Repeat the overhead stretch, moving the belt to your lower back. Keep the width consistent and move both arms simultaneously. Breathe throughout the exercises for a good practice. Finish with side stretches and triceps stretches. Remember to pull your shoulder down before pulling it in.
