10in10 Day 7 - Wrists & Ankles
In this video, we focus on the wrists and ankles, multitasking by sitting on our knees with our butt to our heels. We interlace our fingers and roll our wrists while moving our necks. We breathe deeply and try to be present. We shake our hands, move into tabletop position, and turn our fingers backward. We shift our weight from side to side, avoiding painful points. We emphasize that perfection isn't necessary in yoga and encourage working around aches and pains. We finish by making fists with our fingers to intensify the exercise. Remember to breathe and stay present throughout the practice.
